We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Sales Associate who excels in both sales and customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, thrives in a boutique environment, and has a natural ability to connect with customers and drive sales through styling and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to every client
- Build strong relationships and maintain a loyal client base
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and organization
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual displays
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience (boutique or fashion retail preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion, trends, and styling
- Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
