We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and responsible team player who performs well under pressure. This detail-oriented individual manages website orders and regularly communicates with our customer service team in a positive, helpful, and professional way. The Order Processing Specialist is essential to our success, meeting customer needs and expectations by processing orders promptly, accurately, and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Process all website orders accurately and efficiently with the utmost attention to detail.
- Follow standard procedures to maintain order integrity.
- Website order processing: Including packing and shipping of orders.
- Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- Data entry and website maintenance
- Handle return shipments from customers
- Track the status of customer orders and continue to follow up until they are successfully closed
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
