We’re seeking a stylish, service-driven Key Holder to join our team. In this leadership support role, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping to grow the boutique through personalized service, community engagement, and visual storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique setting, has a strong eye for fashion, and loves cultivating genuine client relationships. You’ll take initiative, lead by example, and be empowered to help shape the store’s daily success.

Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, one-on-one styling support and product recommendations
Build lasting customer relationships through consistent clienteling and follow-up
Support store leadership in managing day-to-day operations, including opening/closing duties
Assist in executing store events, local networking, and community partnerships
Contribute to merchandising displays that reflect seasonal trends and brand aesthetics
Maintain a high standard of visual organization, cleanliness, and product presentation
Engage with social media content creation and in-store storytelling when needed
Lead by example in sales, service, and teamwork during peak business hours

Requirements
Previous experience in retail, ideally in women’s fashion, lifestyle, or boutique settings
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with people
Excellent styling instincts and product knowledge, with attention to detail
Confidence in store operations, POS systems, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
A self-starter who is reliable, professional, and collaborative
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Interest in events, community involvement, and boutique growth initiatives
