Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Set clear expectations and hold team accountable to sales and service goals

Sales & Customer Experience
Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Drive sales through product knowledge, styling, and upselling

Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
Manage cash handling and POS accuracy
Ensure store is clean, organized, and visually compelling at all times

Inventory & Merchandising
Execute merchandising standards aligned with brand aesthetic
Oversee receiving, ticketing, and inventory management
Partner on buying insights based on sales trends and customer demand

Manage scheduling to align with business needs

Qualifications
2+ years of retail management experience (boutique or specialty retail preferred)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement
Highly organized with attention to detail
Comfortable with POS systems and basic retail technology
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
