We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Retail Operations Specialist to support multiple boutique locations on Long Island.
This role focuses on inventory accuracy, operational consistency, and in-store team support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inventory counts, audits, and resolve discrepancies
- Review shipments, purchase orders, and store records
- Ensure operational processes and cash procedures are followed
- Train and support store managers and teams
- Manage supplies, maintenance, and basic tech troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years retail operations or inventory experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple locations
- Comfortable with retail systems and team training
- Flexible with travel between stores

Salary based on experience
Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
